Pennie and Aidan
Aidan leaving for his first day of preschoolEver since he was three months old he has been cared for by a wonderful person named Pennie in her home. Aidan and Pennie were thick as thieves, but we needed to seize the opportunity to enroll him in the preschool class at the childcare center at my work. So on Friday, January 4th, Aidan spent his last day at Pennie's taking some memorable photos. Pennie kept asking him if he was going to miss her and he would say 'no" which is very far from the truth I know. Every question is loaded when directed to a three year old!
He has really enjoyed all of his new friends and toys to play with, but has not embraced the eating this week. Aidan is on a hunger strike and not even eating the things that this picky little eater will eat! Thom and I have nicknamed him our little "Ghandi". We hope the second week will better as he gets used to his new environment...

True... he has been on a hunger strike for years, but not like this - it is like he is challenging himself or something! Yikes! Dr. N always tells me to give him nothing but water until he eats... whatever.
I just cannot believe that is the baby!!
On the wallpaper - that stuff was amazing! Gooey, but amazing. Be sure to get the paper scraper, though, and it will just slide right off!
