The Easter Bunny Came! The Easter Bunny Came!

We know this is an honor usually bestowed only on Santa, but Quinn thought since we had baked these adorable bunny cookies that it would be nice to offer some to E.B. Looks like E.B. liked them!

Quinn had a flashing molecule ball and a petri dish with gummie worms in her Easter basket - since she loves science these were perfect.

Aidan's faves were this Cars sucker holder and the bunny flying an airplane - the propellers actually move! Watch out! I learned that the hard way.

Can you tell which is the real bunny and which is the stuffed bunny? Chloe was enjoying "her day" as Quinn put it. Maybe Easter should be her official birthday...

Enjoying the annual microwaving of the Peeps! They didn't blow up as large this year - I wonder if they are cutting back on a crucial ingredient. Darn gas prices!

When a peep is microwaved they blow up like the pillsbury dough boy then deflate. We started the tradition when the boys were little and everyone has always got a kick out of it. We hardly ever eat them anymore...just play. Pretty funny to see the peep head wobbling on top of its marshmallow body!
