Now that the house is pretty well fixed up, looking pretty and on the market I decided to catch up on some blogging. This summer we bit the bullet and bought one of those inflatable water slides. If it wasn't for my super Kohl's discount on top of discount it would have never happened...wow, are those things too much money! The kids have had some great fun with it! Of course there is already a tear in it, but it seems to still inflate and do its thing so whatever. Our city just passed a bond issue to build a city swimming pool so this won't be so necessary next year - construction starts this fall...woohoo!!!

looks like so much fun! We broke down this year and bought the 4ft deep 18ft across big daddy easy set pool! It was expensive and upkeep is ridiculous! PLus it has overflowed twice this week thanks to freak massive raing storms - this looks much more practical and fun! and best of all, chemical free!
